Builder. Operator. Host of The Age Reversal Project.
The thread running through much of my career has been a personal fascination with health, wellness, and human potential. My work has taken me from fitness and entrepreneurship to functional medicine, medical aesthetics, and now longevity.
Along the way, I’ve built and exited businesses, co-founded a virtual health coaching company, led multi-site operations, and created media and events that bring together experts, ideas, and audiences.

What drives me
I want to know how differently we might be able to age.
For me, longevity is personal. Watching my dad’s health decline in the final years of his life changed the way I think about aging and what I want for myself and the people I love. My mom is now in her 80s, and I find myself asking the same question from a different perspective: How much can we change the way we age, even later in life?
We may be the first generation with a real opportunity to fundamentally change the trajectory of aging. AI is accelerating discovery as breakthroughs in biotechnology, regenerative medicine, cellular reprogramming, and other emerging technologies begin to converge. Possibilities that belonged to science fiction not long ago are moving closer to reality. We may even live to see longevity escape velocity.
I want a front-row seat to this longevity frontier: to meet the people building it, understand the science and technologies emerging from it, and help bring those advances to more people. I want to age better. I want my family and friends to age better. And ultimately, I want the breakthroughs that extend healthy human life to become accessible far beyond the small number of people who can afford them today.
That curiosity drives The Age Reversal Project and much of what I want to build next.
Let’s Build What Comes Next.
I’m interested in connecting with people shaping the future of longevity, health, and human performance, from founders and scientists to investors, operators, and innovators. I’m especially drawn to ambitious ideas, companies, technologies, and collaborations that have the potential to meaningfully change how we live and age.
Whether it’s a leadership opportunity, strategic partnership, collaboration, or a conversation for The Age Reversal Project, if you’re building something that belongs in that future, I’d like to hear about it.
